Is this going to be a regular or semi regular thing? I like it and I suffer from chronic mental health at times, which is why I disappear up mountains. Definitely need to speak about your burning fireball man.
If you don't already go watch the podcasts by tanner braungardt on UA-cam. His last 2-3 have been so open and inspirational but they're an hour long.
