I stopped the video when you mentioned that looking down somehow skyrocketed my FPS. It's a basic principle in computing, and pretty much every average gamer knows that. In any game, FPS will increase when looking down because there are fewer objects to render; it's just a flat surface.

and realistically your not gonna use 300+ fps because the amount of fps that is visible to you is capped by your monitor's refresh rate, so if your monitor has a refresh rate of 60Hz, the frames that you can see(without a fps counter) is 60 and its not going to increase until you get a new monitor that has a higher refresh rate
Pointing out spikes or peaks is not really that helpful. The average FPS is what is going to help. A millisecond of FPS is not going to help while you play a game.

Every time i try to delete no ping it asks me 5 questions everytime i answer them it says please review the question now it is stuck on my computer
when you look down everything looks like its staying still making it have more fps

I have a GTX 1650 and I play in 720p then also I get like 140 fps where I should get like 200 and when I play on 1080p I get like 90-100 why?
