    I started waking up early and did not feel sleepy all the time after trying this which is unbelievable 😂 never anything of this sort has ever worked this well before for me

    Americans are some of the biggest on the planet. I mean My 600 pound life most of them are from the good Ole United Weights oh I mean states.

      It's all the sugar that we have in everything, plus more folks eating processed food and living sedentary lifestyles.
      I am 50 and see there is far more obesity today than when I was younger.
