Our bodies are temples of the Holy spirit! ✝️
Thank you Rev Fr Mike for sharing this Gospel text with clarity. God bless & be with you.❤
I love your homilies Fr Mike. Thank you and God bless you and keep you safe.
I constantly remind myself that when I sin, I am turning away from God. Venial or mortal, sin offends God. Some have claimed that it's not practical not to sin. I once thought that. Now I ask myself daily, "Where do I want to spend the rest of my life after death?" Obeying His commandments becomes very practical and necessary. Continue blessings for you Father Mike.
Thank you Fr.Mike for your Wisdom and Guidance
What a marvelous, stirring homily. Thank you Fr. Mike. Our homily this morning paled in comparison. God bless you.
Thank you Fr.Mike. This was very edifying. May those who listen be edified and grow stronger in their spiritual journey towards Jesus Christ in heaven. Amen.
Fr. Mike, you are the man!!! What an EXCELLENT HOMILY! Thank you.
Thank you.
Father I listen to your homilies before I go to church and that helps me to be more attentive because one is surrounded by distractions.
Here in Australia, We watch on Mondays after my morning prayer. Was a great blessing to hear sermons from Fr Mike, Fr Mike Schmitz, Fr Mark Bernhard and many more young priests and many more Holy priests. God bless you all priests ❤❤❤❤
@@CatholicDefender-bp7my I do close my eyes or look at the Divine Mercy image but behind me are talkers. Our Tabernacle is in the chapel. There also loose toddlers running. During the peace sign is visiting friends. I just pray for the parishioners. Amen
What a wonderful explanation of the temple and what went on there and why Jesus lost his temper with the venders. 😮
Thankyou Father. ..
God be with you.
Always, always feeding your lambs, thank you Fr Mike🙏🏻 McMinnville, Oregon
One word summarizes my reaction to this homily….”wow”!
Beautiful homily Father🙏🏻
For I The Lord Your God Am a Jealous God: You are a part of the Church the Bride of Christ: Jesus is Jealous for you: He does not want Satan or sin to have any hold on you. Having a God who is Crucified looks foolish to those who do not believe. But to those who do believe it is the greatest sign of love and our salvation!
Thank You Rev. Mike O' Connor & God Bless! ⛪
Amen Brother In Jesus Christ!
Thank you! Father Mike!! I was blessed by your message!!
Your homilies are rich with truth and understanding of God. I look forward to them every day. ❤
Thank you, Fr. Mike - awesome homily! I really appreciated the perspective of the 10 commandments you presented toward its conclusion. In all my years as a Roman Catholic, I frankly never heard them presented in this uplifting way.
Always such wonderful homilies!
Wonderful sermon, Father Mike!
Amen amen. Thank you, Fr. Mike. This was a sermon of renewal. I pray that God will help me renew my pledge to the 10 Commandments and to the temple that he has given me.
Great homily, Fr . Mike. Hard and true. God bless
Amen❤
Jesus waits for us with open arms. Confess to him!
You know Rev Fr Mike, I always tell Jesus that I love him, but not in the way & to the extent that HE loves me. So I always ask for pardon & mercy becos in guilt I was born, a sinner was I conceived. ( PSALMS 51:5 )❤ Most importantly I know that GOD LOVES US ( JOHN3:16 ) God be with you.
👍
Amen 🙏🏻
Very very interesting ❤️
Thank you, Father Mike, for an inspiring sermon. In that context, the “$” is at best disheartening.
Thank you Father Mike. What an interesting homily. Greetings from Switzerland
🙏 Amen 🙏 Salve Maria 🙏
Almost as if what they were doing with the animals in the temple made a sir cuss.
Anecdotally, failure to keep the sabbath holy is commonplace amongst the faithful.
It certainly isn't for me to judge. Our Lady has said that the two things making Her Son's arm of justice too heavy to hold back are 1. the abuse of his name; and 2. abuse of the sabbath.@@resist4god
Thank You for your Sermon. Wish other sites on UA-cam would respond. I am leaving UA-cam soon for good. It's reserved for the next generation. Today's Creators are dishonest and not sufficiently educated. Fact.
Don’t say you love GOD Fr Mike if you embrace Fiducia Supplicans.
Please explain this to me:
Leviticus 18:22 has been translated in common English versions as: Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination. You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; it is an abomination. You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; such a thing is an abomination.
But he answered and said unto them, "Why do you also transgress *the commandment of God* by your TRADITION?”
Remember *the sabbath day* to keep it holy.
Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
But *the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God* in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:
For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and *rested the seventh day* wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it
'Catholic Record' September 1 1923
"Sunday is our MARK of authority....The church is above the bible, and this transference of Sabbath observance is proof of that fact."
Blasphemy!
And he [antichrist] shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and *think to change times and laws* and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.
The Sabbath is on Saturday that is the seventh day of the week Sunday is the first day of the week Jesus did away with the Sabbath there is no commandment in the Bible saying you cannot work on the first day of the week
Jesus Rose on a Sunday, so that is our sabbath the Jews keep Saturday so Sunday is the Christian day of worship
The first day of the week is not the same as the Sabbath was in the Old testament there is no new commandment to follow the first day of the week as there was in the Old testament about the seventh day in fact in jesus's time Sabbath was over with 6:00 Saturday night because God made night first and then the day
Where does it say in the New testament after Jesus died because that's when the New covenant started that the first day of the week is the Sabbath it never says that in the Old testament there was a lot of scriptures about the Sabbath the Sabbath was a day for rest but it is okay for somebody to work after all preachers work and get paid even Jesus said even on the 7th day of the week in the Old testament it was okay to do good deeds because Jesus did himself
