    Today's guest is Dr. Austin Perlmutter and we’ll be talking about Why Isn’t Everyone Optimizing Their Brain?
    Dr. Perlmutter is a board-certified internal medicine physician, New York Times bestselling author, published researcher, health investor and international educator. His mission is to help people improve their health by targeting the biological basis of “stuck-ness” in our brains and bodies.

    I had a facial injury; brain injury and I have had to figure out most of these things on my own. Trial and error. Cutting out most white sugar as possible, processed foods, and getting up and moving!! Also finding what makes you laugh, happy, colouring, dancing, nature and fresh air!! Getting to listening to your body!! When I eat “this” how does my stomach feel? Is it sluggish, is it full, is it on fire, is it light feeling!! Most people eat like they are inhaling. Enjoying every single bite of food makes you full faster.

    Yes, I take Edibles for pain and it has helped with PTSD and SUPPRESSED TRAUMA

    Otherwise I would be in a constant “walking meditation” and it does help with enlightenment; but you do need to do other things.
