AI will replace your “average” LOs in the coming years. All the LoanDepot, Rocket, bank, credit union, etc will 100% be replaceable. The select few high end “experience” based LOs for ultra wealthy will remain. The race to grab those very limited seats should be top of mind for all LOs
Hi I am about to take my NMLS test, are there any national or Florida specific brokerages you’d recommend? Especially ones that seem to be taking advantage of future technologies?
This is July 2024 … LO’s will be fighting each other like “ crabs in a barrel “ because of the interest rates and home prices , trying like hell to throw everything but the kitchen sink at buyers Loans officers will be taken over if there are NOT on the computer 24/7
