Thank you Charlie for providing this video. It was great to glean insights from Thuan who had to think of new ways to attract customers and keep them. I liked how he would work for a smaller commission in the beginning to gather customers who, I presume, could possibly come back as repeat customers and or refer new customers. I also liked the assembly line aspect of processing loans to reduce training time for new employees. Great job Charlie!

Next you should interview Shant Banosian. He’s the #2 loan officer in the country by volume. He’s not an immigrant but a son of immigrants. His office is actually about 5 minutes from my home.
Shant is probably number one now In 2024 and thuận is doing awesome but he was number 1 during 21’ and 22’ with his refi campaign roll out props to both of these bosses
