I can't help being horrified at how meaningless and empty the lives of his two younger daughters and their boyfriends were. Without proper education, penniless, without proper jobs, without interests, plans and goals, they just lived to loll on the couches in their father's hard earned home, make babies and think about money and jewelry which they felt entitled to. No feelings, no aspirations, no compassion, no morals, no humanity, no shame, no remorse - nothing at all.
    Terrifying.

Yes, the youngest daughter’s mother was a horrid, , evil thing and I believe she not only encouraged her daughters but was probably the instigated of it all. She was the one who wanted her jewellery from the safe ~~ and to only receive six years ~~ it’s a bloody joke. I live in Australia and we have a similar system of law and honestly, the powers that be have to look at the amount of time (or lack thereof) that these heinous individuals spend in prison. Bring back the old eye for an eye system !

He kept the house he built for his first wife by selling it to his parents.. seems like a wrought to me. Maybe if he had supported his families like he was supposed to not letting his new wife chase his older children away, not letting them know they were going to have siblings and cutting them out of his Will. And what did he think was going to happen when he finally said NO to the new wife after giving in to her demands so he didn't have to deal with anything. He let her raise those children to be horrible like her, and he went to the pub. You reap what you sow. Was that a bloody good job? Take that! The first children are very respectable, we'll mannered, caring and loving. The 1st wife is probably still feels heart pains from his loss. There’s quite a lot in the comments about the second wife but this man didn’t deserve his first two beautiful daughters. He just discarded them when he wasn’t as lonely, that must have really broke their hearts. Besides that, it’s incomprehensible just how evil the second wife was and just how she’d turned her daughters into pawns in her plans. I'm always so greatful when I watch these types of programmes that show you the people's lives, what they were doing etc....and the word RECONSTRUCTION always assures me that I've not travelled back in time,to the place in question and I'm actually watching events in real life, how thoughtful.

He was broken by his 1st. wife leaving him and taking the two children? He couldn't understand how she could do that? How unreasonable of her not to continue to accept he carry on living as if he's single and care free. It seems like he didn't care enough to give up his time with the lads to keep his family together, yet the mother was seen as the bad one for leaving. How dare she not be happy to live as his maid, childminder and housekeeper and cater to his needs for the rest of her life! The usual story!

My thoughts, too. I scoffed at that part. He obviously didn't give much of a toss about his family until they were gone and he had to get his own meals and wash his own knickers. I wonder how often his wife got a weekend out with her hobbies, jobs and friends(!)

“He was a catch”, “attractive” “handsome man”…..is this audio for another video because that man was not even average looking. He threw away his first family because someone told him he was this big catch. Should’ve been honest with him and told him he was lucky to have even found a wife at all.

That 2nd wife, Joanne should have gotten life. She is the most despicable person. She made those 2 good for nothing, 'entitled' daughters into what they are and may she reap what she sowed. Hope karma gets her good. RIP Tony.

Its hard to believe that a daughter would even think of killing her father, never mind actually planning his murder. No wonder he kept the key of the safe in his pocket, he knew exactly what his wife and their two daughters were capable of. Theft of course, certainly not murder.

Well guys, here's a lesson: Do not take your loving family for granted, it is irreplaceable. If you have something good in your life take care of it, the pub and football are empty in comparison. Wife one was pushed to her limit and wife two was utterly revolting, she taught her daughters to have no respect for their own dad as a human being. Tragic case.
