My favorite CBB player EVER!! Doesn't matter where he plays, he is always the toughest one on the court and that is a promise. Kid plays his heart out every single possession. Really hope he goes to the Knicks so I can keep watching him play. Congrats DC on a heck of a year!!
We don't need another guard. We need size and length, we've been booted out of the finals twice because of lack of size. We need a legit 7 footer! Don't feed the Heat hype with another guard who will turn out just to be a back up guard. We need a legit 7 footer with skills like Kel el Ware, Edey, or Tyler Smith Jr. This dued is a poor man's Alvarado.
Welcome to Sac DC! Have a feeling this young man is going to dive head first into the league and contribute immediately. Hate to see Davion leave, but this was a chess move Kings had to make. I think he'll play some 2 next to Fox and spell him off the bench almost the same roll Mitchell had. LIGHT THE BEEEEEAM
His feel for timing is just amazing. His timing of jumping to contest shots is so good that he has nuts block numbers for a 6’3 guard. His feel for jumping passing lanes is ELITE. His timing for getting his jumper off is so good. His passing is so on time and on target. His timing for flying in to grab boards is mind boggling. He IS the exception to the small guard in the NBA. He’s going to be a winner everywhere he goes, and whatever team is lucky enough to snag him, that fan base is quickly going to fall in love
I Want Miami Heat To Trade For Another 1st Round Draft Pick And Draft Devin Carter & Zach Edey In The 1st Round & Draft Justin Edwards In The 2nd Round, Zach Edey Is A Great Defender, A Great Rim Protector, A Great Blocker And Great Fit Next To Bam, Devin Carter Is A Great 3 Pointer, A Great Speeder, A Great Defender And A Blocker And A Great Fit Next To Terry Rozier And Patty Mills, And Justin Edwards Is A Great 3 Point Shooter And A Great Fit For The Heat Culture As Well, Edwards Is Great Fit Next Jimmy Butler, They All Definitely Fit For The Miami Heat Because We Desperately Need Another Center, Another Point Guard And Another Shooting Guard.🔥🔥🔥💯💯💯💪💪💪😎😎😎
@@selfishstockton6123 how’s that hating 😂 we needed a wing to shoot and defend. Not an undersized on ball guard. What are Ellis and Davion’s roles now? Way too many small guards. Would’ve much rather had ware from Indians who could play next to Sabonis and protect the rim. Just don’t see how this pick helps the team
His shot mechanic is a bit slow for NBA But he look solid He reminds me of a more complete version of Carsen Edwards He is small and that slow shot mechanic maybe won't cut in the NBA But i hope he makes it
@@antjack6192 I agree he will prob be better then those two are in his prime. Just saying he’s that kind of mold of player. Don’t see him having the same skill as a creator as Holiday and D. White have. Of course all speculative and still a huge fan of him in this draft.
As a spurs fan I hope they get Risacher and castle (I don’t mind if they have to trade up for that lol) but if castle is taken before 4 I definitely think they should take Carter at 8. Hell as crazy as it sounds I wouldn’t mind the spurs trading the 2025 top 10 protected bulls pick for the bulls 11th to draft him if he’s available at 11 regardless of who they pick at 4 and 8
Solid player can help solid defender looks like he has a long wingspan and can move his feet but I’m not sure he’ll be able to get that shot off in the league.
Some of these comments make me laugh. He most definitely will get his shot off in the nba. He's playing nba players in college. The new nba defense isn't even strong like you hyping it up to be. He has a 42 inch vertical. He's getting any shot up.hes so fast he'll be feared getting to the basket. Teams will let him shoot. He does everything good from what I see.you talking like he's a kyle korver. He can do it all. Handles look above average. Speed is elite. Athleticism is out of this world. Passing skills look sharp. I wouldn't mind if he fell right into the Bulls lap. There's rumors about a draft promise at pick 11. He looks top 5 material.
@@alleny6754 knock it off 😂😂 this guy is a pro prospect but he’s not what you’re making him out to be he’s a NBA rotational player at best like Melton from Philly then you mentioned Kyle Korver whom had one of the quickest releases off the catch and he was 6’6”-6’7” Devin Carter is 6’2” and his release is slow.
@@g0DMVzzzz guess we will both have to wait and see. I see more in his skill set. Eric Gordon has a very slow release to. He was a big scorer coming into the league. Devin Carter looks like a faster more athletic, better defensive version of Gordon. What your saying can be right to. He might be more of a Melton type player but Carter has more legit skills. Luka doncic has a slow release to, look how good he is. Wasn't that his knock coming into the league? He's to slow and not fast release, plus not athletic.

Poor man's Alvarado is crazy, put some respect on his name. Big East Player of the Year, averaged over 20 PPG in Big East Play / 19.7 PPG overall with 8.7 REBs per game. Alvarado isn't snagging almost 9 boards a game bro. Not to mention Carter averaged a block a game, something Alvarado never came close to, and Carter had way higher 3pt volume this year than Alvarado ever did at Gtech. Rozier Mitchell Jimmy Bron Bam Bronny Carter J.Rich Jovic K.Love Trade Herro, Duncan Jaime 2026 and 2028 first rounder and some seconds for Mitchell. Leaves space to pay Bron more than the minimum. Gawd, I luv this kid. His skillset and feel for the game. He's a leader.
He's a good one for sure! Had a heck of a year
Welcome to Sacramento, Devin!
He looks like a Malik monk type. Slide Malik in starting lineup and have this guy off the bench
@jefftelgenhoff4703 honestly I'd start the rookie and keep Malik rested off the bench...should be fun though!!

A decent role player coming off the bench to lead the second unit.
