The Blower motor resistor controls speeds on the Red Truck. Probably the issue with the lower speeds not working. Very typical problem. Thought I'd share with you, Fixed quite a few
Damn I’m sorry to hear man, it definitely opens up the engine bay quite a lot though, thankfully I don’t have to do that where I live but I do have state inspections
they are factory 4 x 4 Nissan hardbody fender flares, they fit the contour of the fenders, though I don't think they would fit a ranger, but if you ever come across a set it might be worth a try!
if you're talking about a battery tiedown, you should be able to get some at your local parts store! They're rubber they don't always last forever though, if you want a metal one, you'll wanna find some sort of factory hardbody battery tiedown.

It's called a nut clip sometimes called a nutplate
