The cosori is fantastic. Don't be scared as it is not like the old ones. Also it would save you money as it is not always on the heat.
It gets upto pressure and then switches of, loses pressure and switches back on until it gets upto pressure again. I thimk that in a
thirty minute pressure cook it was in reality only useing the Electric for ten to twelve minutes.
