The cosori is fantastic. Don't be scared as it is not like the old ones. Also it would save you money as it is not always on the heat. It gets upto pressure and then switches of, loses pressure and switches back on until it gets upto pressure again. I thimk that in a thirty minute pressure cook it was in reality only useing the Electric for ten to twelve minutes.

No no no you are confusing your hydrolic lime with hydrated lime you must use it the same day like cement if you knock it back up the following day it will get weeker and weeker until you will find it will not set and you will be scraping it back out

The skewer for the rotisserie is a brilliant concept, but my is it challenging! There must be a technique that I haven’t discovered yet even after 12 months of having this machine. Would love to hear if any other users have mastered this. Or a demo from Cosori would be brilliant! ❤
