- The Abarth Punto Stage 2 is on of our in-house project cars owned by Tanay Nellari. One issue that the Abarth faced was the old intake system it had which had no heat shielding from the elements outside or the heat from the engine itself. Thus, to prevent the intake sucking in hot air, we ordered an intake system from Forge Motorsport and added a brand new HPI Air Filter to make sure the car is running at its best! My 90hp model steering is not very comfortable for city drive it feels a little harsh, any tips to make it smoother
Compare it with other well maintained Punto, if yours feels harsher, then some problem with yours or else, it is what it is.
It's a Hydraulic PS, that's just how it's supposed to feel. The connection you feel with the road is unparalleled and something which you will never get ever again after you sell the Punto. I mean, Ever!!!

You are comparing Dusty Airfilter with New Airfilter and giving feedback. Definitely new one feels good, you should clean the airfilter and see, almost it gives similar feedback as new one..
Even Pipercross sounds best.
That guy says he is driving Abarth this long for the first time and giving feedback compare to old one, I don't know how on earth someone gives feedback comparing old filter where he haven't driven much...
Hey Saketh, I don't think you understand that I have very particularly said that I haven't driven this particular Abarth Punto for a long duration. Which means, I have driven it previously and plus I have driven multiple Abarths in past.
Cleaning the air filter would not have solved too many problems as the previous filter was damaged and I think I have given a very thorough explanation as to how the new intake benefits the performance.
