Yan’s fight with Sandhagen is one of my favorite fights of all time. That’s spinning back fist hook combo was one of the most creative things I’ve ever seen.
It was a really good fight. I want to see him win Saturday. He just better avoid the spinning tricks for the first three rounds cause Merab is a terror and will be close at all times

@@jaymast3rfl3x IMO the UFC judging has come out kina unlucky bad for Yan. I had him winning rd. 1 with Aljo in the second fight so 3-2 Yan was fair. The first fight with Sterling he melted him and made a mistake that Aljo acted to DQ victory. There is absolutely NO way you could see that fight for Suga, Yan won. That's not to take anything away from Suga his striking was on point, and it was a good scrap.
Damn man, we talk about Gaethje's debut and Chandlers as some of the greatest debuts of all time. Yan's was pretty savage if you ask me.
Gaehtje and Chandler both KO'd the then #5 lightweight in their debut fights.

Conor McGregor and Petr Yans debuts will always stand out the most to me. You know when somebody is going to be a superstar or champion and I definitely thought Yan would become champ one day and he will be again soon.
