@@mementomori1022 Respectfully, us with ADHD fight every day to do that, so we don't need another person telling us to "just try" or "don't get stuck in a defeatist mindset". That's like telling a person with depression to stop being depressed. It's not a cakewalk.
Don't know if you have seen the channel 'how to adhd' but see has some videos about habits that are specific for you guys. I like them a lot, it's helpful even for neurotypical people
