14 locomotives were gifted by Canada to Sri Lanka starintg in 1954 under the columbo Plan. Many are still in operation being named mostly after Canadian provinces. Amazing logenvity on these.
Yep, actually there are two sets (14 each) of Canadian locomotives in CGR (Ceylon Government Railway), M2 series is from 1954 and M4 series from 1975. I think 27 locos are still running and only 1 is lost. Even 591 "Manitoba" which was destroyed in 2004 Tsunami was repaired and back in service.

So he went to the close by shop and asked what happen… they said due to coronavirus he was out of business and had to close….

I will never forgive my own ignorance at being English. Just watching Harolds, Balds and other UA-camrs videos really cheers me up. Everyone they speak to can't speak a word of English (they shouldn't be expected to) but they put so much clear effort in trying to communicate and do remarkably well. Where as I would just be confused at trying to speak another language.

I have never watched a movie in one go especially on mobile. But your videos are so engaging that I can't switch to other task before watching it completely. So I waited for Saturday to watch this video. And my god, this hunt was best hunt ever sadly we didn't get ending as we all excepted but the hunt was super exciting. At each point you were so close to finding our beloved The Fine White Wine Man and then we missed it. I felt very sad at the end but hope in future hunt we will find him. So he went to the close by shop and asked what happen… they said due to coronavirus he was out of business and had to close….

I will never forgive my own ignorance at being English. Just watching Harolds, Balds and other UA-camrs videos really cheers me up. Everyone they speak to can't speak a word of English (they shouldn't be expected to) but they put so much clear effort in trying to communicate and do remarkably well. Where as I would just be confused at trying to speak another language.

Now what the Brits did do is give a lot of different disparate tribes a unifying non-tribal language which they could use to resist their common British enemy.

44:20 I think the small tree or shrub you were inspecting with the farmer is the plant from which tapioca is derived. Here we call it casaba. I believe it is a popular crop throughout Southeast Asia. The root is the part harvested.

I have never watched a movie in one go especially on mobile. But your videos are so engaging that I can't switch to other task before watching it completely. So I waited for Saturday to watch this video. And my god, this hunt was best hunt ever sadly we didn't get ending as we all excepted but the hunt was super exciting. At each point you were so close to finding our beloved The Fine White Wine Man and then we missed it. I felt very sad at the end but hope in future hunt we will find him. Got to go I have two more videos to watch 😀

Great vlog Harald! I vividly remember that video you did 4 years ago. Seems like yesterday. Where has all the time gone. You must be one of the most down to earth people on earth. I like how you enjoy the simple things in life like just walking and admiring the scenery and nature. You also enjoy the company of everyday people. You didn't accomplish your mission but the most important thing is you did your best! Life is like that.
