As usual, your timing is perfect! I love that you bring us recipes like this which feature produce at it's peak season (at least for many of us). Just yesterday, a neighbor gave me a bag of delicious ripe tomatoes and several varieties of beautiful squash. I was looking for a simple way to use these tomatoes without cooking them, besides just eating them over the sink with the juice running down my arm! I know you have videos of squash recipes too, so thanks to you I'm really going to enjoy these gifts from my neighbor's garden!
