I started shooting fountains off the ground after watching your video of the Dragon Throne fountain. Thanks for the pro tip, those fountains looked great!
OH YEAH!!! Man Raccoon is killing it with the Monkey Mania fountains!!! Those were IMPRESSIVE!! And the 2 layered looked KILLER!!!!! This fountain fan needs to get them!!
Been enjoying all the fireworks as of late, but have been wondering about the pollution aspect? There's a lot of smoke coming out of these which I'm sure doesn't help the global warming cause. Is there a way to make these cleaner? It'd probably be cost prohibitive, but would be nice as an option for those with deep pockets. I'm not a Greenpeace, or green fanatic, just cautious, and curious.
There are definitely ways to make fireworks cleaner. No debris/low-smoke product exists today, but even many of these effects are made with plastic tubes. There will always be some amount of pollution in the manufacturing and discharge phase. Areas that can definitely be improved are reducing the use of plastics in fireworks. The canister shell tops are a good example or most of the whistle/howling effects. Then alternatives to certain color-producing metals would be the next area to look into. Dominator has their "eco" line, but I believe that is more for noise than pollution. You're right on the price aspect though, it would be unlikely for consumers to buy a $150 "Eco" shell kit when other options exist that are as good or better and are closer to $120, so if they don't sell, stores would be unlikely to carry them too.
@@JoelRobinsonPyrotechnics Yeah, probably too soon for this to be effective in the fireworks arena. Probably not enough pollution to worry about either as the use of these is not like an auto. Everyone has a car which contributes to the warming far more than the minimal use of fireworks. They appear bad, but not many are lit off comparatively. Like you, I do worry about plastics! We go through a 13 gallon trash bag every 2 days, and our area in a big city here in CA doesn't recycle. I'm throwing away cardboard, plastic jugs that are not returnable, etc. Half my garbage is probably recyclable, but they refuse to force it on us. I've never had to separate trash, but would get used to it if they implemented it. Cheers, look forward to the next show!👍✌😎🗽
WOW I love it too.. did not expect that level of crackle

Dragon Throne is still one of my favorite fountains of all time. I'm glad you are going with the elevation route!

@@TOM-C. Yeah, the amount of waste in regular use products is absurd. Food packaging comes to mind.
Need to get back to the Sammy shot days
I'd like to find more of those items for sure!
@@JoelRobinsonPyrotechnics there are a lot of them around!
@@Madmike908 But actually good report single shots? They have dried up around me
@@JoelRobinsonPyrotechnics oh ya! Are you located in Missouri? I see you use to shop at warhawks.
