Just started watching this channel today and I am loving every bit of it. I am also applying for BA roles and this is really helpful. Also, to chip in on the creator's answer to time and regulation-sensitive projects.. a risk management plan will be useful in this case. This is something I learnt in Project Management
Aside from the great information, I realised what keeps me watching your channel: your cadance. You sound engaging and entertaining. Very hard to *stop* paying attention.

Have an interview with a major bank for BA, I have more than 10 years of experience in banking but in the retail and management side..have been watching your video and took some classes on QA..hopefully these will help..but either way, you are amazing Kara, thank you for all these videos.

The first question is not clear enough! All the answers provided were supposed to be discussed before the UAT exercise! The points raised relate more to the nonfunctional requirements, and best practices in performing tests (data, roles...)
What would you say to hiring managers if the company you are currently in doesn't do many projects and does more maintenance and user testing for hot fixes and enhancements to the systems?
Hi Mohammad, thanks for watching. I would say exactly that. That is actually a great reason for looking for a new job - the fact that you are not growing anymore where you are and all your projects are just on maintenance mode is a great reason to switch jobs. Thank you for this video. Just to confirm, is the MoSCoW technique an effective way to handle scope creep?
Hi Royal, thanks for watching. MoSCoW could help with scope creep but it doesnt prevent it. MoSCoW is more effective as a prioritization mechanism. For example you can have a lot of scope creep that is just prioritized well with MoSCoW - but its still scope creep. Hope that helps!
For the first question, would it be worth mentioning that Regression Test should also be discussed eventhough this is UAT meeting? Because this is an enhancement to an existing functionality.
Good point, however because they specifically said apart from testing in the question, I would not lead with regression as that is testing. They want to know what else you would consider, so I would mention other things first and then touch on regression testing somewhere in the totality of the answer -but not as the main point.
What is the difference between a BA AND A PRODUCT OWNER...??
I can see so many similarities in their responsibilities.
