As the last phase of software testing, the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plays a significant role in the entire software testing process as it validates whether all the business requirements have been fulfilled or not before the actual product can be released into the production. This test was done in a separate test environment called UAT Environment wherein End-users were able to verify if the functionality outlined in your user story or requirements documents exists. Primarily, it is to ensure if the developed system can effectively be used to support the business’s day-to-day operations. Ms. Karaleise had done a good job in explaining UAT.

Do you book a calendar invite for the adhoc testing so they are all in one place with the meeting on mute and stakeholders able to raise hands and ask questions or ask them to carry out the adhoc test independently
I like to schedule the meeting. I give a brief overview of the testing at the beginning ofthe meeting and then everyone goes on mute and test individually.
