This one is a little more involved than the other visionary trophies. Before you can do this, you will need to go to Fristad Rock - Afternoon. In the middle of the map is a Transmission Post, and inside you find a large computer console where you can start an uplink to give 2-BIT new commands. Once you start the uplink, a map will appear on the screen indicating three locations where you will find uplink dishes. Their locations will be different each time you load into the map, but they have only a few places they can be. They will either appear on the roof of Ramblin' Rock Club (rooftop of the building where you kill Frank at Morning), or in the open area directly outside the main bunker entrance (in front of the bunker where you kill Fia at Noon).
Once you find the uplink dishes, hack one of them with your hackamajig, which will activate all three. They will begin powering up, but during this process many eternalists will run to the area and attempt to destroy the dishes. Defend them from the eternalists until they go completely green and finish the uplink (do not let the dishes get destroyed). Now return to the computer console in the transmission post and you will be able to complete the process, unlocking new commands for 2-BIT.
Now exit the level via the tunnels and skip time till the next day to start a new loop. The new commands you got for 2-BIT will carry over, don't worry. Then head to Updaam - Noon and go to Condition Detachment (Charlie's Mansion). Head to the third floor where you will find a room that contains 2-BIT, hack the antenna above the door to go in to talk to him. One of the commands will be to change the Invader, do this and select Charlie. Once you do this, all eternalists in the building will become hostile towards Charlie and kill him, earning you this trophy. If Charlie goes to hide in his room you may need to go there yourself to flush him out so he starts running through the building where the eternalists are.
If you don’t get the option to make Charlie the invader (or if 2-BIT says all options are exhausted), it means you haven’t finished the story yet and must do it later. You can only do this if one of 2 things is true: A) Never killed Charlie or issued commands to 2-BIT before, B) completed “What Wenjies Want” Visionary lead (story-related) and talked to 2-BIT afterward to become a 2-BIT power user, which makes it so 2-BIT will always process all of your commands. So if it doesn’t work, don’t worry, it’s not missable, you just need more story progress.

Yes the rocket burn version works. Gather the batteries like normal to ignite the rocket and then be sure to scare Charlie from the top floor by alerting people. He'll naturally run to his safe room and you can ignite the rocket without killing him. When it's done chase after him and kill him for the achievement
One of the antennas was destroyed but I was still able to hack afterwards when I had only kept 2 out of the 3
FYI, there's a much quicker way to get this achievement without the first few steps. If you power up the rocket in the center of Condition Detachment by grabbing batteries from around the area and loading them in, and then go to 2-Bit and tell him to ignite the rocket, any kill on Charlie after that point (even if the rocket doesn't kill him) will count for the achievement.

For some reason I can’t get 2 Bit to launch the rocket. There’s no option for it

If you kill everyone on the map 1st there wont be anyone to attack you.
A few might pop up after when u need to go back to computer or 2 exit level so just watch that
I did everything right and the screen shows 100% green and all satellites are ok, but there is no option to hack 2-bit! I can only select which tape should 2-bit play !!
Edit: figured it out, I should choose tape 1
How I doesn’t work
I chose debug condition detachment too! I didn't get the option like the guy on his game play but was given the option to chose various decisions and yup Tape 1 works out just fine. But curious of what happens if any other tapes get chosen...
I got this achievement by chasing him out of his bunker, hacking the two turrets, and just deploying them on the top floor, he teleported in front of them and got shot to death
I will have to try that. I have been going to the bunker by teleporting up the back rocks. I will try moving the turrets today and see if I can get this.

This method doesnt work, after you finished defending the satellite dishes and go back to the tower, there is no option to hack 2-bit. The only options it gives you is to listen to tapes. Ive tried this multiple times.

you have to get the deluxe edition for the gold tribunal
The "gold" Tribunal, or the Eat the Rich Tribunal, is gained from buying the Deluxe Edition of Deathloop.
I killed him myself cuz no one else was and it worked

Tip, sneak without being spotted, shot her two times in the back, then run away, then when throw her to the floor with the slab and while she’s on the floor, shoot the gas. It may take more time, but this is the way you make sure she dies gassed and not for an explosion
