I'd like to know where Emmy keeps all her thrift store gadgets lol.
Well she doesn't like gadgets with a single purpose (that's also well served by another more regular kitchen item) so I'm guessing she just doesn't have that many.
The tamago-kake-gohan machine comes to mind… the bread machine… the pasta machine… the blooming onion maker… also the ice cream churner shown on this video. Those are probably about the only single purpose gadgets she'd keep on her kitchen that we know of, because they do stuff that cannot be replicated by other kitchen hardware.
Well, actually the bread machine can probably be replaced by an oven and a stand mixer, but it also mixes the batter/dough all by itself and doesn't use gas so I'm not sure if Emmy would keep it but she sure loved it enough to make you think she would.
Edit: I still want a tour of her kitchen though.

I tried doing this with a different brand of cookie dough ice cream like 2 years ago, didn't turn as well. It never really baked, it just kind of melted and fell apart in the oven sort of.
Most cookie dough ice creams use cookie dough that doesn't have egg or any leavening agents. So it won't work with the vast majority of ice cream cookie dough.
Ben & Jerry's invented chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream, and every other brand I have ever tried has been a disappointment

I was looking for a comment like that! I thought she would at least boil the melted ice cream for a few minutes... The way she refroze the ice cream seems a bit dangerous to me. Maybe it's fine if you use it all the same day. But if you eat it over a few weeks, it seems a bit dangerous. I really think it would be good to have a warning about that in the video, because from the lack of comments about this subject, not everyone may know about this.

Did it with cinnamon toast crunch and reeses puffs. It was amazing.

If you make ice cream, let two cups of cereal soak in four cups cream for about 10 minutes stirring a couple of times. Strain the cereal, make your ice cream, and voila! I have tossed in some of the crunchy cereal at the end of churning. So good.

I've wondered this for so long! I've put the cookie dough in the microwave before and it did not go well at all
Noja Sam pro tip, you can microwave cookie dough! It requires monitoring though and I’d recommend doing one at a time (or if you microwave your mixing bowl after; that works). Microwaves basically heat from the inside out, so it’ll start to burn inside. I recommend turning the power level down and/or stop every 5-10 seconds 😉
