a good backstory that i can think abt portuguese teams is to be part of a partnership program with Flamengo or another club in brazil to develop players, as Landim (Flamengos president) said he want 5o do smth like that in future

It'd be an interesting market for certain teams to explore but nailing down partnerships of this sort can be really tricky.
