Just because the world of palaeontology attracts more white males than other demographics, does not mean other demographics of people are being excluded via acts of prejudice from the field. *People in general are at fault for self excluding themselves from all walks of life.* Go to any knitting club, for example and you will find mostly middle aged to older white females. People need to get over themselves and just do what they enjoy most, or find interesting, and stop blaming other people, and collective "repression" for holding them back in life. The strength and desire to do things starts with you, the individual. Not with any imagined collective. There is no collective called "Old white males" stopping people doing things. This is a ridiculous fantasy of modern woke politics. Very sad.
