absolutely love the lct g33. have the same model and finally got to run it and it performed great for a stock gun. happy to say the mags (2 mids and a high cap) fed flawlessly. a whole different experience than my g3 and pp1901. tired arms

I’ve put warheads cnc black and ronins in all types of guns other than m4. Hands down the warhead with change the feel of the entire gun any gun you put it in. The cnc black ultra is even more insane than the ronin 45k. I’ve got a dozen warheads of different types. Just a warhead alone is a monstrous upgrade

The "C" rating, i.e. 15c, 30c, etc refers to the discharge rate not capacity.
For example a 1500mAh battery @ 15c can discharge a maximum of 22.5amps (1.5ah ×15c).
The discharge bottleneck is based on the battery's internal resistance.
Once you start going beyond the the battery's max discharge rate you will be essentially shorting out the battery.

Not a maximum discharge. But a "maximum reliable discharge". The Lipo can burst upto x2.5 the MRD during peak/short burst discharge.
Imagine lct making mp5 variants... that would dominate the mp5 market in airsoft

@setsuna200 yep but they need to work on few things still as I found out when I shimmed it good it can over spin and there mp5k.... they need to replace it with a version 2 gearbox instead of version 3 plus cyma is too heavy so for realism no.

Totally agree with you on the noisy sound caused by the Spring scratch to the Spring Guide.
Another way is to use the nylon Spring Guide and place a Bearing on its tail.
I can vouch for the lct hk33 I have one the internals are ok at best but it's built like an ABSOLUTE TANK

I put a Base 20k motor in my CA MP5 with a T238 mosfet. Runs so much smoother and quieter. Warhead motors are awesome

Modify POM piston head
The battery will only provide as much power as the motor can sink. If you limit the source rather than the sink, you're going to cook the battery. If the motor is spinning too fast for the gearbox to handle, drop the voltage, not the amperage.

I'm thinking about doing some work to my AUG, it's a few years old and has gotten alot of use and I think it's about time for it to get some fresh new parts

@@whale259 I already know the AUG triggers are a pain, I've already retired my index finger as my trigger finger, shit's too heavy and makes it tired almost instantly but there's not much I can do about that
I dropped in a Warhead in mine recently and obliterated the piston body. Maybe it had to do with trying the auto with a 140 spring and an 11.1V with their stock gearbox. Lets just say I ended up staking the receiver to semi only. Now rifle shoots fine, the trigger response is lovely

Shim the lct and they get a bit quieter especially when you shim to the motor. But nice to see these motors in action on a bare minimum set up.
omg the HK motor disc... so annoying. probably 10/15 years ago a website called mechbox put a video up on how to take apart a TM MP5, great little tip he put in was to apply a tiny bit of silicon grease to the disc to keep it in place - been doing that ever since. Works a treat :D

I've had them in everything, some motor cages require mods.

Got a BLACK from Luke to throw in my ICS MARS Carbine as it was overheating like a mofo... I can go through thousands of rounds and motor gets lukewarm and is great. Going to buy a BASE and decide where to stick it.. TM SOPMOD/Bolt M16 or G&G TR4-18... :)
8:52 Oof, a bit discouraging. I wanted to pull a trigger on LCT HK33 EBB. I saw the mechanism and it seems like they have a hook coming from the piston that is snagging on to the bolt and moving it back. Only downside I see is shavings and fine dust going into gearbox, possibility of the hook breaking off and going into gearbox, and screws unscrewing because of the recoil. I can currently get EBB and non-EBB version for the same price. Would you still recommend avoiding the EBB one? I'm not a stranger to soldering, making my own parts and tinkering a bit here and there.
Is this the 31k or the 45k motor?

How do the dimensions compare to a standard motor lengthwise? I can see that the edges are straight corners instead of fillets, this might present problems on guns like a PPSh where the trigger actually rests against the rounded edge of the motor.
Sounds like it needs a shim job too but maybe it’s the gun as you said it’s noisy.
What does that high pitched whistle out of the barrel after every shot come from? I’ve heard it on one or two of my guns but never figured out why the others don’t
It's probably the volume of piston vs Barrel length.
Any gears you would not recommend for this motor? Stock gears etc?

I have stock 18:1 krytac gears in most my builds with cnc black fast and ronin 45k. And no issues. If you use and ultra make sure everything is just right and top notch or you will definitely shred gears

my brother, im getting anxiety with this type of an install. With virtually the most expensive most premium motor on the market, which has immense power and speed , capable of shredding right threw gear teeth like butter, that you would just drop it in the grip and not re shim bevel to pinion.
The pinion is different the spec is different. This is surprising to see. If anyone does this theres no way your pinion or you bevel will survive 3 months if used every other week at local play. I am ocd and if this were my gun, i would 100 percent go half shell method to adjust motor height, then close both halves with bevel and insert it in the reciever, and through the trigger guard you can access the bevel gear cut out to wiggle and see your bevel to pinion tolerances to ensure that it is not too tight, or not too loose.

I dropped a ronin 45k in a stock p90 when it first came out. Didn’t re shim because it sounded and felt great here I am months later and it just shreds still.
You kind of do need to know what amps your motor is drawing so you don't vent your lipo
99% of airsofters don't check that, it's not 'essential'.

Indoor is limited 1 Joule max for semi and if you want to burst it's 0.65 Joule

It's a thing of beauty that LCT. I nearly bought one a couple of months ago but went with a TK45 instead and a JG MP5SD instead. I love the TK but that JGMP5 is dog shite. Still hankering for an LCT

@@error262 I've had the C but the new version comes without the pdw stock. It has the same stock as the standard one. But with a shorter front end. The c is also now m-lok. There's no recoil which is annoying if your having to use the same buffer tube and stock, but the adjustable fps is very good. The rof is decent on a 7.4 and nuts on an 11.1 for a stuck gun. Gearbox sounds good. Body is fantastic. Really solid but it is surprising heavy for a little gun. I would highly recommend
