      The ingredients in English should answer your question, and the video as well.

      Also, cakes w/o eggs are horrible when compared to cakes w/eggs. When you try both and compare anyone can tell.

      Currently to replicate the version available at the famous kayani bakery in Pune, we've come up with this version and hence are unaware of the results with substituted ingredients.

    Any one please tell what is meant by koya?

    • @cookdtv
      @cookdtv  2 роки тому +2

      Khoya also known as mawa or khoa is dried evaporated milk solids. The milk is slowly simmered in a large iron kadai, till all its moisture evaporates and it reduces to solids. In Indian cooking, especially in northern parts of India, khoya forms a base of almost all sweets.

      Hello Shweta!
      Milk isn't required in the recipe, as Mawa (a milk product) is already being used
      Happy Cooking :)
