- Hi everyone! I'm back with a quick tutorial on this curly hair I found at the beauty supply store that's super affordable and really easy to style.
Tip: Out of the box the parting looks close together and unnatural.
Before applying, remove some hairs around the wig parting to widen it to better match your natural part. I did not cut or layer this wig except to widen the part.

I have been wanting to do this with a beauty supply store wig for forever! I've even seen one similar to this that I started to try on & then chickened out. This tutorial has convinced me to go ahead & do it! I've had two back surgeries & have a lot of titanium in my back, plus painful nerve issues, so I can't be arms in the air for an hr or more, styling my natural hair all of the time. This is a fabulous solution that I should've followed my inclination & done before now! Thank you so much for making this video!! 👏🙌💋👍😍💁

I've got a family vacation coming up and I don't wanna have to do my hair, I've worn weaves before but never a wig, so I've been searching around for anything wig related and came across this video. what brand of hair is it
I thought this was going to be a tutorial on how to tame natural curls, but it's a wig. However, that wig looks like how my natural hair looks. It drives me crazy keeping my curls frizz free every day. I change shampoos and conditioners and constantly look for and buy every product that promises to keep my curls nice. Frequently, I throw it back in a messy bun because I don't want to deal with it. Is it possible that I could....buy this wig that looks like my hair, braid my own hair and wear the wig??? No one would know...except for you people who read this. I won't have to fight with my own hair. That would free up a lot of my time. I think I just had an epiphany!

Thanks! Yes, I widened it a bit with some scissors. I'll add that to the info box. I didn't cut any of the length off the hair, only took some hair out of the part to better match the width of my natural part.

Jazzmine Huggins i didnt braid my scalp i just parted my hair and gelled the rest down put the stock cap on it ...mines came out just like hers

What do you use to lay your edges?
I've been following her for years. she uses eco styler gel, a toothbrush and ties it down with a silk or satin scarf for about 10-20 mins or you could do that over night too

Stephanie Huff She used scissors to cut hairs out of the part and open it up to the size of her natural part. The wig cap she put on at the very beginning of the video was to allow the scalp color to match...No concealer or anything else appears to have been used. Glad she found something so easy to do!!!!
Did you cut or do anything to the wig before putting it on? It looks amazing
M Norman Above she mentioned that she did not cut the wig (not to adjust the lenghth or the shape). However, she did cut a few of the hairs from the inside of the part to widen it to the same width as her natural part as the original parting on the wig is pretty tight. I hope this helps! :-)

I would love to have the amount of color you have. When I select the link it appears as if there is a lot more color on the top. Did your wig come like that or did you color it?
I have the F1B/30 color. Black with a few highlights throughout. Keep in mind I bought mine at the beauty supply and some that are offered online only have them in certain colors. If you have a local beauty supply you should probably check that first.

Okay so this may sound weird but I was wondering if you think that I'd be able to rock this wig as well? I have fine straight hair but I'm mixed race (so medium-light skin).
