Việt nam rất nhiều dự án lớn hàng 1000ha đã xây dựng và nhiều dự án đang xây dựng,nhưng không dễ để kéo dân về ở,vì nó liên quan rất nhiều yếu tố,như cơ sở hạ tầng tiện ích,sức mua của dân,công việc,Việt nam có rất nhiều dự án hàng 100ha không thể kéo được người dân về ở,để bỏ hoang hàng chục năm.Đầu tư ra mà không khả thi mang lại lợi nhuận sẽ thất bại, Malaysia xây dựng khu đô thị Forest city giờ bỏ hoang không ai ở,nhiều nhà đầu tư của Việt Nam đang mắc kẹt ở đó,ở không được vì không có dân thiếu hạ tầng tiện ích,bán không xong vì không ai mua.
