Love this and would like to emphasize the idea of meditation. My experience is that it is consistency that counts here not perfection or even length of time. Just do it every day.

Great video, thank you so much Cyn. I love that these are simple steps (not to be confused with easy, because they will need commitment and practice) that I can do every day. I do some already but your insight that they are complementary and that the benefits are cumulative has encouraged me to try more. I also love the signposting to additional resources. Thanks again!

I think this is one of my favorites so far! I will use your method of microsteps to add 1 or 2 into my retirement life and then move to another - will add to my mind map for long term retirement. Thank you

Thank you so much, Donna! It's wonderful to hear that you’re planning to incorporate microsteps into your retirement life. Adding them to your mind map sounds like a fantastic approach for long-term planning. Best of luck on your journey, and remember, every small step counts towards creating the retirement life you envision. We're cheering you on! 😊🌟

I liked this. On the topic of nature: Fill your house with plants! I would also add yoga to your list. Many people in the west look at yoga as a type of exercise and would put in the same category as sports, but traditionally yoga is a mental discipline because the goal of the asanas is to develop concentration and one pointedness.

Thank you for your thoughtful comment and for sharing those wonderful ideas! Filling a house with plants is such a great way to bring nature indoors and create a calming environment. And you're absolutely right about yoga-it’s much more than just physical exercise. Its roots in mental discipline and focus make it a perfect addition to any wellness routine. 🧘‍♀️

Please, remove sound and video effects! They are very unpleasant to listen and watch! Distracting and nauseating. Just you talking is perfectly enough! Everything else is ruining thevideo.
I am giving up watching and im not subscribing. Watch videos of dr. Stan Ekberg for example, to learn how to make video.
