Really great version of this Vivaldi's work. Well performed, no mistakes, great conductor great orchestra, great soloists, ant the scenario is unique! The final is a perfection!
It was a great classical work of my other favourite classical composer, Antonio Vivaldi. Antonio Vivaldi was an Italian composer, violinist, impresario, pedagogue, and Roman Catholic priest; also known as "The Red Haired Priest."
@@erdemoz2187 Technically entirely sound, but lacking in the exuberance that characterizes most Vivaldi sacred music. See if you can get your hands on the nearly 50-year-old performance by the John Alldis Choir under Vittorio Negri for comparison.
@stellario82. Sloppy?... whitout dynamic? .... and definitely too fast? If your opinion is that of a conductor of the category of R. Dubrovsky or that of an academy musician with experience in the subject, it is an opinion to be taken into account. But I doubt that it is not more than a daring amateur who has an opinion

The quality of performance is spherical!

too german. completely missing the italian spirit.
nonsense
How's this too German? How would you explain it?

As a german I agree. Better Alessandrini here. It's not bad per se, just a different spirit
The performance is somewhat sloppy, with no dynamics (and RV 609 has plenty), and definitely too fast.
