Could that be the reason why she haven't yet receive the 2nl since they say u can only use the email you used during application in the DS_260?

You mean 260 range? and is still at NVC? That is serious. Have you submitted DS260? If so, then there might be something with your case that has caused that delay or maybe you are in an embassy that has not started interviews yet. Give me more info to be able to understand you.
@@VerifiedSo I submitted my ds260 since 14may but my case still shows at nvc when I inquired kcc they said my case number is current for interview processing but yet I didn’t received any notification letter I’m so worried honestly my embassy is Cario Egypt
One of brothers is faced with the same issue. He emailed KCC and was told that his case is already at the consulate he’s to do his interview and he should wait to be scheduled.
The best thing to do is to attend the interview at your embassy, I mean, why change when you have the 2NL? It would be a huge problem to try to change. KCC can't do that at that moment. Just us the opportunity and go for interview
Sir am going for my interview in another country and am having a stamp of entry in my passport you know ECOWAS country does not need a visa am talking about Africa countries and am having my interview in Togo do I need a permit of residence or the stamp of entry is ok

For the police clearance -yes but for the education, you only do it after 2NL

If your embassy/ where you will be interviewed is francophon, you don't need to. If it's another, then you'll need to translate

I think ds 260 is the final one.
That is not the reason. They use the email that you updated on the DS260. not the former one. You are very okay.

U have to be legal in that country unless ur consulate is represented in Togo. Eg Togo is the nearest embassy for ur country.
You are okay. No you don't need the residence permit, no. the stamp on the passport stands for that.
