    You have a couple of options for viewers from India who are looking to acquire a rosemary plant. You can check with your local nursery; they may carry the plant you're looking for. Alternatively, you can explore online platforms like Amazon. Here is a convenient link for your Amazon search: www.amazon.in/s?k=rosemary+plant+live+with+pot&sprefix=rosemary+p%2Caps%2C160&ref=nb_sb_ss_ts-doa-p_2_10 .
    Regarding inquiries about hair regrowth, studies have suggested the effectiveness of rosemary oil in hair loss treatment. In fact, one study demonstrated that rosemary is as effective as minoxidil in promoting hair growth for individuals experiencing alopecia, a scientific term for hair loss. If you would like more information, you can refer to the study available at the following link: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/25842469/.
    I hope this information helps you and answers your questions.

    Technically this is rosemary infused coconut oil. Actual rosemary oil is extracted directly from the plant via steam distillation. Nice video though! I will have to try this with olive oil and maybe some garlic as well.

    At last, I managed my white flakes on the scalp and hairfall.
    First, Massage hair oil and let it for the night or for a minimum of an hour for it to work.
    Secondly, Rinse it out with shampoo.
    Step 3: Apply conditioner that you prefer to the roots of your hair.
    I used littleeextra cococonion anti hair fall kit for these steps as it's gentle and natural, and is considered good for hair fall control.
    Incase if you also have dandruff, put on lemon juice on your scalp at least once a week before shampooing and wash it off after an hour or so.

    • @shabrisgardenkitchen
      @shabrisgardenkitchen  2 місяці тому

      Once you boil the leaves together, it's preferable to take the leaves out to keep the oil clean. Besides all the qualities lf rosemary leaves are in the oil anyway so it doesn't add any extra benefit to the oil. It already served it's purpose.

    I made this oil today watching a UA-cam video. I prepared it with double boiling method as shown. The dried rosemary leaves that i added just became crisp but didn't change any color same as the coconut oil. I stirred it for 5 mins. Is the Rosemary got infused or not?

    • @shabrisgardenkitchen
      @shabrisgardenkitchen  10 місяців тому

      Thanks for watching 😊. I didn't use the dry leaves so not sure about that but I think that the dried leaves already have a changed color so might not change any further when you boil it. So I think rosemary is infused in oil. Also if your rosemary is fragrant and you can smell it in the prepared oil, then it is infused.
