I really like the Ease. It's an excellent compromise. I was excited when it came out as I really like the classic styling, but struggled with the same exact things you guys pointed out: the frames digging into the cheekbones and, worst of all, letting light in at the top. They're OK when driving in a car with the top down, but when walking around in bright sun the classic tilt becomes form over function. The Ease gives the beloved form while also taking full advantage of having polarized lenses. The one and only bad thing about the Ease is that I can no longer slide across hardwood floors in sock and underwear. Really weird.
Thanks, I was leaning towards the Wayfarer Ease, you got me over the top to order it...One suggestion, I love your videos, but, when you compare glasses head-to-head, it would be helpful to compare glasses that are the same color. It's hard to pick up small differences when you go from an all black, and then compare it to a light frame, the features become hard to pick up.
Hi Anthony! Excellent choice on the Wayfarer Ease! Also, you bring up a great point in the videos. We'll keep this in mind for future pieces. Thank you for sharing your feedback!
I think he is obsessed with a larger frames... I've seen several videos and he mentioned 55 and 52 on the new wayfarer even on 50 original ones are only for petite people lol
hey.. i have 55mm 2132 frame.. but when i measure the optical lens from edge to edge they are not 55mm but only 52-53mm. it is different from other rayban optical frame.
Hey Ario, it sounds like you may have purchased the 52 eyesize for the 2132 which comes in 3 distinct sizes... a 52, 55, and 58. If you're sure you purchased the 55 eyesize, you may want to contact the retailer as there may have been a mix up with labeling.
@@sportrxeyewear the label printed at the temple of the frame written 55-18-145.. it could not be wrong. but when i measured the lens with ruler it shows is not 55mm .its less than 55mm just about 52 53mm
Hello! The 4340 & 4340V are essentially the same frame though the lens height of the 4340V is slightly shorter by 1mm. Unfortunately, only lenses cut for the model they pair with will work with said model, meaning the 2140 lens will not fit the 4340V. Hope this helps!

Hi there! You're in luck because the RB2132 is available in a larger size, the 58! Another model that is available in the 58 eyesize is the RB4264. You can check it out here: www.sportrx.com/ray-ban-rb4264-58-eyesize.html
Hi... i know this video is old but if you can help me out with the exact model number for this 4340 color you have in this video, ill appreciate that. Thanks!
Tyler is seen taking off the RB4340 at 1:53. This is a 50mm eyesize. At 2:00 he is switched over to the RB2132 New Wayfarer, 52mm eyesize. This also comes in a 55mm and 58mm.
Hi , took your advice in not buying the original wayfarers coz of the tilt , so i just bought some RB4340 / 710 wayfarer ease in tortoise direct frm ray ban , i love the fit and style , the only thing i was disappointed in was in all the pictures i saw of them on the internet the tortoise print looked a lot more visible , but the frame in real life was alot darker and the tortoise print isnt that obvious , the frame in real life doesnt match the pictures on the net ? Is this correct
Hello Ali. If you are referring to pictures found on the Ray-Ban site, you can compare the colors with the links below. We strive to provide images that resemble colors as closely as we can. thank you for your video. i have a doubt. i want to put my prescription lense in 2140 frame. will it be ok ? im confused will the tilt of the frame affect the vision when we remove the sunglass and put a powered lense. will it cause any eyestrain?
You can absolutely get Rx lenses in the RB2140! We are more than happy to help with that too! The tilt should not negatively affect your vision. Reach out to our friendly, knowledgeable opticians at 888-831-5817 for all the help you may need!
This was actually hard to follow. Need to be more organized. At 3:10 you said the "2140 is the newest" in the family. But at the beginning you said it was the original.
The 4340 has a bit more frame material volume as well which could account for the difference in feel & weight but some lenses are made of polycarbonate while others are made of glass which could be a contributing factor as well.

The 52 fit well on Tyler, not small at all. Just perfect.

You guys just saved me another trip to rayban store. I think I’m going to order the 4340!
I got 2132 size 55. Love it!
2132 52s look better on Tyler than any of the others. Not too small at all. Those smaller frames give him a tad more aggressive look. More badass.
Thanks for sharing your feedback! We hear you on smaller frames giving an edgier look!
@@sportrxeyewear no problem. Because of this I'm pulling the trigger on the 2132 52s myself. Good review.

OG 2140 is cool, the tilt is what makes it.
Great video. Easily the best sunglasses channel!
Thanks for the love, Bill!
This video help me a lot to understand the size and model. Good stuff.
I got the 2132 58s. The originals didn't fit me, sadly.
No tilt!!! About time!!!! Hm!!
I think that tilt gives RB2140 a sexy look.
Hi Nitesh! Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the tilt!
The panoscopic tilt is what makes the original wayfarers look so COOL, so that feature is definitely a plus for a lot of people including me.
We definitely agree that the tilt is part of the Original Wayfarer's allure!
it looks more uncomfortable, is it?
