It’s a good project it the prices are exorbitant for us civil servants It doesn’t help the middle class Your project is for the rich. Some of us will rather buy a piece of land and build gradually😊

The project will need to be continued in a separate area in Sierra Leone as all 5,000 homes cannot fit within the John Obey area - only about 1,230 homes can fit there Project will last 5 years and the remaining 3,000+ homes will be built somewhere outside of John Obey(wherever the government of Sierra Leone can find new land to give to TAF) Honestly, I would recommend Lungi area at this point as the airport is close by and the GoSL seems to be making plans to move the capital from Freetown to the Lungi area anyways(as the VP of Sierra Leone has confirmed a new city will be built next to the airport)
it would also be good if some where built in the slum dwellings in the bay areas of the capital. Very welcoming to have Taff join our business arena . We need this type of project to be expanded wider . At least 200,000 new homes required . And affordable prices as the first two categories

@@internationalobserver..6343 In the planning stages, TAF explicitly said that they did not want to build directly in the capital as they wanted the space to build out and provide other amenities aside from housing; plus, they said it would help reduce overcrowding in Freetown to build outside of Freetown. With that being said, I do not think TAF will be able to make homes affordable enough for the average Sierra Leonean to afford. $80k is WAY out of the range of affordability. Even most Sierra Leoneans in the diarpora would struggle with this but I think it will sell nonetheless. The wealthy diaspora will buy the units and the less wealthy diaspora will rent it but the average Sierra Leonean will own very few of these or be able to afford the rent. The government will need to heavily subsidize and build large apartment buildings with reasonable rent to ownership paths for Sierra Leoneans.

My plan is to buy 4 bedrooms house on that project. I like to receive all information about that project and which banks are they working with and also the plan’s of the house’s.
