- Welcome to yet another exciting episode of the real Estate Lifestyle by TAF; this is my 20th episode.
Today I’ll take you on a recap of my recent trip to Sierra Leone where I am currently embarking on a new project to deliver 5,000 affordable homes. I am accompanied by Anita Sey; Head of Marketing and Lucky Kawekwune; Head of Legal. I always plan and execute strategically on all my business trips and this was no different. We conducted interviews, visited the new TAF Salone office and the John Obey Micro-city site and took several integral steps towards our company expansion in Sierra Leone. I’m really excited about making Freetown my second home!

I'm curious as to why Sierra Leone is Acknowledging July 4th, the American holiday. That's strange to me. What am I missing? If anything, we should acknowledge Juneteenth, given the founding purpose of Freetown

How soon can one enter into a contract to purchase a property? Will we need the entire down-payment at once or is there a separate, smaller fee to reserve your property(e.g. $1,000 usd to reserve) and then a few months to pay the remainder of the down payment?
