UK market is much different from Continental Europe. A nice TTS 8J with less than 100K kms goes between 15-20k Euros already. And believe me…they will keep this value and maybe more as they are extremely well built.
I just purchased a 2015 MK2 8J TTS competition pkg w/ 21K Miles earlier this year (2024) US-Spec. It’s Imola Yellow with baseball stitch light grey and yellow interior. It’s beautiful in perfect condition. Here in the USA it’s a very rare care. I agree… the mag ride sucks. Very jarring suspension. Overall it’s a beautiful classic. First thing I did was do the Haldex service @ Audi. And soon to do the DSG service. Subscribed.😊
Nice content 👍. Would love to hear about the mods you are thinking of.. R Tech Performance do a good re-map package including gear box map and injector clean. Keep us posted
Stock running on 99 ron dyno at 284bhp Had stage 1 at R tec 320bhp and the dsg tune too shifts are much better, was kneck and kneck with a 16 plate Golf R off the lights the other day😊 Got a xtrons 9inch screen Android head unit way better than that rns thing that's way dated now, mk2 tt the only 1 out the 3 generations can have a 9inch screen
Thought about a tts but opted for the tdi Quattro. Stock when I bought it but running stage 1 and performance wise it’ll keep up with a tts all day long but way better economy. Haldex Quattro people says it’s not proper 4x4 but unless you’ve driven 1 you’ll not know how good it actually is
Got one of these got it with 64k miles was on coil overs already when I got it, thermostat is a common failure! One question though, how do you do launch control never knew it had it 👀🤣
Turn off tracción control off put on sport mode hold hold the break and gas at the same time to the point your rpm’s are at 3k and you’re not moving, and then at the same time as you release the break fast hit the rest of the gas

Nice specs! I'd like one like that. Mag ride is fine when working - maybe yours are blown?

Niiice, can't wait to map mine. Did you change air filter/ induction or leave stock?
@@scitec717did your head unit need coding in at all to work with steering wheel controls etc
I have a 2012 tts, and it's the perfect ride for racing and cruising 🥱 best of both worlds 😈 awd audi

doesnt sound like a tts though.
@@nvr5073 would rather have the economy and the power at the same time
@@Marc1979nufc fair enough but that 2.0L TFSI engine is a peach but yeah fuel economy is terrible.
Hate to break it to you but your diesel isn’t keeping up with a TTS never mind a stage 1 map TTS
@@nathangreenwood5990 stage 1 tts it might not but it can keep up with a tts/s3 no problem. Have you even driven a stage 1 tdi to know

Which auction house did you bought it ? beautifull car
Is it not just a golf ? I’d imagine they drive better with being Quattro
Which auction house?
the real question is...did you change the plates on the silver polo?
Cars are so cheap there! That would be 3x that here in the states.
@7:41 fluid in the what? I dont understand what he is saying, send help!
Haldex is the awd system
