I can finally perform 2 side by side procedures with 10 mm Ultra Clear Glass after a long-term research on aquariums and all their equipment.
I will design and run it soon. I plan to share this process in detail on my channel.
The 180x50x45 cm Saltwater Aquarium will filter strongly with the 100x45x40 cm Bottom Sump and will be a professional system with all equipment.
180x50x45 cm Freshwater Aquarium will be cleaned with an external filter and a beautiful planted design will be made.
I'm finally realizing my dream, which I've been thinking about doing for a very long time and couldn't do it because I was busy.

Question:
If i want to build an aquarium with the front wall (outside dimension) 2000mm x 600mm and side wall dimensions 600mm x 600mm(after glueing) what should the size of the bottom be and the side wall piece to account for apace for silicone? Do you cut the glass pieces 1mm shorter to give room for silicone?

All the glasses are around the bottom glass, is there any problem if we place all the glasses on top of bottom glass?
Is it ok to stick the side glass on top of the bottom?
