    My right hand is lower than my left. When i bend down, the right shoulder blade sticks out, and the left one is flat. Hump on right side. If the right side sticks out where more rotation should be done??????? Make a video how to fix the rib hump on the right side!!!!!!!

    Which one is the curvature side? Is that the one where you have a hump ( convex) the hollow side is the concave ? Pls confirm if I'm right. My left shoulder is lower than my right shoulder where my upper back is hollow while on.my right back I have a hump. I think I have shorter left leg and I'm leaning to my right side. I feel my left side is tight. Please help for exercise I can do

      your curvature is towards the right , so try to open your left more and try trunk rotation to the right as well. hope this answers your question,best of spinal health

    Hi! I have a question.. My right shoulder is lower than my left shoulder, and on the right side of my back i have a small hump. My doctor told me i should do exercises but i do not know which ones should i do more (on which side) in order to fix my curvature (it has just started so it is still small). Thank you! :)

      I've had scoliosis as long as I can remember. For strength, do weight lifting exercises unilaterally ( jedna po jedna ruka ili noga.) Pay special attention to your core because this is what protects your back. These types of stretching are an add-on. Also use a tennis ball against the wall to do some miophashia and muscle release in the shoulders, trapezoidal muscles and muscles along the spine. Add to this de-rotation exercises specific to your type of curve. And lastly, a few exercises for neuromuscular retraining. Of course keep your body weight in the lighter range to avoid additional pressure on the spine. Your shoulder inequalities should disappear with a decent bodybuilding routine. Get a trainer if you have no experience. Btw my curve is 60, and even professionals sometimes miss it😅
