As a Norwegian I can that they miss completely on their accent. Just as an example, the way he pronounces the word ‘saga’ is all wrong. I’ve placed it. They’re the dudes who called me a faggot in high school and decided to just jump on whatever is popular because ten years later they still haven’t let go of the sliver of popularity they had in their senior year.
my favorite ones are the ones where there's clearly some talent behind it but they choose to use it in such horrible ways. like i'll admit, the baseball metal one wasn't horrible and if it just... weren't about baseball and they did something else they could be decent. i also really like the ones where they get bad enough that they just become funny like the 420 song - fuckin lost my mind at that one, i don't know why these are always super fun, great stuff man, really love the content as always you're one of my favorite channels your stuff always feels super genuine and natural in a way i can't say many others do. you deserve way more recognition ngl
I unironically love Ninebar LBU, UKHC royalty tbh, Read These Boks absolutely causes havoc when they play it, it's what the kids call a "certified hood classic" They're pretty self aware and they embrace the cringe so I can't knock them for that tbh Also, there's 2 vocalists in Ninebar but that song has guest vox by Pierre from Knuckledust/Bun Dem Out too (both EXCELLENT bands) Pierre also did guest vox on a track from my band's 2nd record so take my opinion with a pinch of salt, I'm pretty biased here Great vid anyways :)
Things like the "Riff Challenge" or whatever are like those singing families. As in, it's really, really good talent going really, really hard after the wrong endeavours. That's what makes it so cringe.
I had to pause this video multiple times because I could not handle the astronomical amount of cringe. Well done, you truly found the worst of the worst music.

8:00 as a brief fun bit between songs, i think this was pretty ok. Speaking of acapella, have you heard of the band Jud Jud? Im not sure if they are comic geniuses or kings of cringe...but ya, I bought their ep
Every time I'm around someone who's into viking stuff, it always feels like a coin flip, like, are you one of those white supremacists who loves nordic symbols, or just some guy with a beard named Tim who works at every brewery I've ever been to?
The video at 10:40, that could actually be their bike. I'm unsure of who the guy is, but the girl is actress Tara Reid. May not be as well known as she used to be but she was in quite a few big movies. The American Pie films, for instance.
KITTY! Okay but honestly I think the thing is that with a lot of these you can just very easily tell they're not really into what they're doing. The obvious fake-ness of it, people just trying to get views/listens/whatever is what makes a lot of it really "cringey". You can tell the difference in someone doing a metal or pop punk cover of a Disney song when it's *actually* something they enjoy VS not.

The a’s in the word ‘saga’ should sound like the a in the name Andre…
Jacked dudes wearing a red cutoff hoodie that says “emo” across the chest is a specific kind of really annoying that I can’t exactly place.
I’ve placed it. They’re the dudes who called me a faggot in high school and decided to just jump on whatever is popular because ten years later they still haven’t let go of the sliver of popularity they had in their senior year.
elmo dude has to be satire for sure
12:50 is every biohazard song after the album urban discipline
7:26 GRAYFRUIT MENTIONED 🎉🎉🎉
my favorite ones are the ones where there's clearly some talent behind it but they choose to use it in such horrible ways. like i'll admit, the baseball metal one wasn't horrible and if it just... weren't about baseball and they did something else they could be decent.
i also really like the ones where they get bad enough that they just become funny like the 420 song - fuckin lost my mind at that one, i don't know why
these are always super fun, great stuff man, really love the content as always you're one of my favorite channels your stuff always feels super genuine and natural in a way i can't say many others do. you deserve way more recognition ngl
I unironically love Ninebar LBU, UKHC royalty tbh, Read These Boks absolutely causes havoc when they play it, it's what the kids call a "certified hood classic"
They're pretty self aware and they embrace the cringe so I can't knock them for that tbh
Also, there's 2 vocalists in Ninebar but that song has guest vox by Pierre from Knuckledust/Bun Dem Out too (both EXCELLENT bands)
Pierre also did guest vox on a track from my band's 2nd record so take my opinion with a pinch of salt, I'm pretty biased here
Great vid anyways :)
2:25 it's an acoustic cover version of a Megan Trainor song. What's there not to laugh at?
I was on one show 14 years ago. One band's vocalist was kid (~12 years old) with tattoos. It's cool I think.
10:24 carolina kid here, you only get the good shit on UNC Tv
Things like the "Riff Challenge" or whatever are like those singing families. As in, it's really, really good talent going really, really hard after the wrong endeavours. That's what makes it so cringe.
please make this like a monthly series
I had to pause this video multiple times because I could not handle the astronomical amount of cringe. Well done, you truly found the worst of the worst music.
Sadly, Sarah Blackwood from Walk off the Earth used to be the singer of a badass Psychobilly band called The Creepshow (her sister was actually the lead singer before her). Now, there's this...
7:46 lol they’re all different strain names
That rendition of take me to the ball game was pretty fkn brutal.🤣🤘
8:47 idk the song goes so fucking hard
Ah No
8:00 as a brief fun bit between songs, i think this was pretty ok.
I was just rewatching your old video on this topic yesterday, amazing timing
Oh no the Bono one was physically painful
Yo anyone know the name of that British hardcore band by any chance?
Yo new Crustbag video
Also the Spectral Wound poster goes hard
this is the worst and best video ever made
Music is worthless
The video at 10:40, that could actually be their bike. I'm unsure of who the guy is, but the girl is actress Tara Reid. May not be as well known as she used to be but she was in quite a few big movies. The American Pie films, for instance.
Dude I fucking knew that was Tara Reid. I’m surprised he didn’t mention that.
AND THE CROWD CHANTS: "SE-RIES! SE-RIES! SE-RIES!"
8:27 when mom says “we have Drowning Pool at home”
Edit: holy shit that’s actually the legendary underrated nu metal band Dry Kill Logic lmao
16:39 is my boi Jonathan Young lol. Love that guy I don’t care what anyone says. He’s got some bangers
0:52 Oh, that’s easy. This genre is called “White Woman Coffee Shop” it’s actually an offshoot off indie, reserved for the most bland of performers.
So that’s what happened to Tyler carter. Turned to kitos I guess
I like the unholy covers but only cause that its kinda edgy anyways so it feels like it should've been a metal song to begin with .
That last dude has 100% never been to a hardcore show.
2:18 oh shit I know Walk of the Earth they're like decently popular in Canada
Why aren’t more people talking about the Bono rape thing. I can’t find shit about it via Google…anyone wanna help
I swear before anything genuinely Holy that I will ask for forgiveness before Its Altar for my success in my assassination of Bono should I ever find out that he exists within 150 feet of me.*
*That's giving Bono plenty of room for error.
**Mortal sentences be damned. I will have done God A Favor.
1:28 sounds like dr rockso from metalocalypse
The first group sounded and looked like a not funny Garfunkel and Oates
