TUILE COOKIES

Follow this basic easy recipe to make beautiful Tuile Cookies. These cookies are great on their own but also make for a great garnish for desserts and even fruit sweet salads.
Basic batter Ingredients:
3 egg whites
2/3 cups of granulated sugar
1/4 cup - 1/2 stick of melted and cooled butter (do not overheat the butter so it doesn't separate, only heat enough for it to start to melt)
1 pinch 1/8 teaspoon of salt
Optional flavorings : Chopped nuts, lavender, almond extract, vanilla extract, citrus zest, curry powder, matcha, cocoa powder, cinnamon, between others.
