love this, so much. I'm honestly pleasantly surprised at how the show is developing Barchie. Friends with benefits is definitely not the route I thought the show would go with them much less that it would work so well for them, as a way to move things along but at the same time still keep it a slow burn. I'm also glad that the show is inserting at least one of the two elephants still in the proverbial room with them so quickly, because for Betty and Archie to ever truly become a couple they will have to address the whole Veronica and Jughead of it all, and them being Betty and Archie and so cautious with each other, still, they realistically would need a push to do so,
The way I instantly thought of this song the moment archie said he was “night jogging” lmao so glad you used this song for them fits them so well! Amazing job!!

And I don't even watch Riverdale anymore because it got too annoying; though I'm happy the show has moved on from the neverending drama of Archie/Veronica and Betty/Jughead (it was starting to remind me of the OC where they never strayed from their season 1 pairings). ANYWAY, can I ask a question - how long did this take you to make?

I think Archie hasn't been in love with Veronica for a long time, otherwise he wouldn't have 1. cheated on her 2. written a love song about her best friend and 3. considered dumping veronica for betty when they met in 4x18. They were supposed to decide if they wanted to be together or not but Betty rejected him before he could even say anything, and he was visually hurt and confused.
