His valuation was extremely fair
Definitely, less than 1x trailing sales has to be one of the lowest valuations ever on Shark Tank, especially for a company that's also very profitable.
He should cancel the deal
his total sales were more than DOUBLE his evaluation
This is exactly why some low ball compared to what they really are willing to part with. See, the honest tactic doesn't work either with them because they still want more. I think in this case if he came in with 5 percent he actually would have gotten his 10 percent.

The product is very useful, but still complicated to explain to potential users; I think that was the main problem for the sharks.

I think you have to find customers that draw and then out of those that draw you have to find some that will buy the product
Kevin was right. It is a very niche customer he is marketing to but to get compliments from all of the sharks is saying something and the exposure alone would boost his business immensely deal or no deal.
he needs to get artists with a big following to be ambassadors. He would save tons of money and have much more success than ads for that amount monthly
He was not accepting of artists he just wants money for his invention. It’s not new . The app camera Lucida works much better with an iPhone or android not a thing

MONEY! (Bad 'Mr. Wonderful' impersonation) ...there are only so many businesses that went on Shark Tank... and fewer who got a deal... and fewer still... that are still..
well 'profitable' (let alone the few others who were massively successful without the 'Sharks', still quite a few... but they honestly probably lost some momentum since most businesses at some point plateau... like Ash Ketchum... at that first Pokemon League challenge...)
They probably have contracts with certain streaming services and channels that they can only release the new ones after enough time has passed
There’s only so much episodes, you can buy the show on Hulu or google play
They want you to pay to watch the full episodes. I miss when youtube had full episodes for free

One thing I have never been able to do is draw for crap. My cousin is amazing, freehand, and I always wondered how she does it. Something like this is very interesting to someone like me who loves art but is terrible at it. I like it.

Simply have an adfiliate program and give a % per sale... go to a toy, educational products etc convention. Sell to schools. Thata all he needs and that will bring in sales without the cost pwr customer
