This 3 shark deal is much better, Mark Cuban gave them a clear path of how he can accomplish getting them in to the market that they want; schools, hospitals, sports medicine. Why give Kevin 15% so he can sell your business to someone else and further decrease your equity? For 25% they got more money, all the help they need from these other 3 sharks, and an easier path to success.

Well i see some problems with this : 1) anything that is based on a social cause dosent last more that five years. 2) the margin is not enaigh to go on retail with 74% they will have to raise the price point to 5,08 retail in order to go to retail cause distributors wont sell under 100% markup.
