    This is the best tutorial I have found yet on yt!
    For people concerned with using alcohol, it is used sparingly/sprayed and evaporates quickly. The main use is to release any bubbles in your soap but they can also be avoided by stirring very slowly and gently. Also, please use only safe, natural essential oils in these recipes!!! Fragrance oils can be harsh and cause reactions.
    && I just knew you'd used bubble wrap before you told us 😉

      Belinda Tee sorry for the late response Belinda! We haven’t experienced a shorter shelf life with these soaps, but we also add Geogard to our melt and pour soaps as a natural preservative. We use standard rolled oats from the grocery store and standard locally sourced honey.

    • @DulceAromaJabones
      @DulceAromaJabones  4 роки тому +8

      Melany V hi there! Melt and pour can be used straight away, no need for curing as long as the soap has dried. We package our soaps in food standard cling film and then wrap with tissue paper, we only ship in cardboard boxes as we think that keeps the soaps safer, make sure that your soap doesn’t have much room to rattle around in the package and it should be fine. 😊

This is just a recipe for one bar but yes it’s safe to multiply the ingredients 💛 melt and pour is quite forgiving so it should be fine if you multiply it. @master11manifestor 3 роки тому

      Goats milk or coconut milk base can be used for a more gentle base, perfect for allergies and sensitive skin (children/baby safe) BUT your soap will not lather without glycerin. Glycerin is safe in small amounts and with these melt and pour bases, you don't have to risk working with lye!

      More than likely the oats will go down the drain, unless you have a sink strainer you won't have to worry about the drains being clogged.

    I Love Your Videos! Did you add lye to your recipe or since your using the pour & melt method there was no need to add your own measurement of lye solution ?
