    The thing about people coming back safely was addressed. It was explained that "Smart Hulk" was intelligent enough that he would have phrased the snap command in a way that everyone would be returned safely.

    • @apexpredator2272
      @apexpredator2272 Рік тому +2

      So he thought about every scenario of how people would return back as it is irrespective of where they were all at once in just few seconds before the snap? Bullshit.

    • @Heroo01
      @Heroo01 Рік тому +13

      that aint how it works lmfao. the mind stone sees his intentions and brings everyone back safely from the soul stone. that's why the mind stone is necessary
      Literally anyone could do it (and survive) if they were strong enough. It's not about smarts.

    • @The_Other_Dan
      @The_Other_Dan Рік тому +5

      @@Heroo01 Direct quote from Feige:
      "If people were in an airplane when they were dusted, they didn't return at 35,000 feet. They didn't fall to their deaths because Smart Hulk is smart, and when he snapped... You can wish for whatever you want and you can wish for everyone to come back safely. Done."

    • @Heroo01
      @Heroo01 Рік тому +3

      @@The_Other_Dan If all you do is "wish for everyone to come back safely" then that's all but explicitly saying the gauntlet takes care of everything for you. There is no intellect requirement to use the gauntlet. It takes an immense physical toll because of the power, so it helps to be strong enough to handle that, but otherwise, nothing.
      Saying you want everyone back safely doesn't require you to be a genius. He did not individually put each of those people on the ground or next to someone they would have been phased into otherwise, hence, the stones did.
      If drunk fat Thor did the snap, the exact same thing would have happened. The entire gimmick of the gauntlet is that it grants your any desire and can rewrite the universe at your will. No matter how smart you are. The stones do this because of their immense power and because they are core tenets of the universe as a whole.
      Drunk fat Thor is not as smart as Banner. "Smart Hulk" was chosen and survived with relatively minor injuries exclusively because he was physically stronger and was already a result of intense gamma radiation, so he likely had some sort of resistance to it. Regular Hulk probably would not have been "smart" enough to do everything right or might have fallen to some other temptation, which is why Feige says that.
      Any other explanation is asinine.

      @@apexpredator2272 That's how writing works lol, every movie, every cinematic universe, every comic has plot holes, the writers don't think about it until people start asking because it's impossible for anyone to make up an entire universe of details without contradicting or missing information. It is annoying though when fandoms start defending it too seriously like the responses to this.

    Since 1986, I've been a fan of Spider-Man. I've been a Mysterio fan since 1995. In this film, I really liked Mysterio's comic-accurate outfit. Spider-Man Far From Home draws inspiration from movies like Eurotrip, Gotcha!, and National Lampoon's European Vacation.

    Before anything else, since we’re on the topic of Spider-Man, I would recommend checking out the animated Spider-Verse movies if you haven’t already seen them.
    Into the Spider-Verse dropped in December 2018, just several months after Infinity War. And more recently, we got Across the Spider-Verse. It’s now available on dvd.
    My favorite part of this film was Happy's heart to heart with Peter. Both of them were still mourning the loss of their friend, but Happy also helped Peter come to terms that he doesn't have to become the next Iron Man. Rather, he should just continue being the best Spider-Man around.
    Happy also confirmed to Peter that reviving him was the main reason Tony contributed to the time heist to begin with. Happy truly is the unsung hero of this film.

    I went to see the movie on the opening day in theatres back in the summer of 2019 and my theatre was packed. It was a really fun movie to see and experience on the big screen in the summer and I had a good time. And Emme, if you’re more interested in a movie that’s not related to the MCU, I can recommend the Spider-Man animated movie Into The Spider-Verse. Also, the mid credits scene sets up for No Way Home.

    Loved that they got J. K. Simmons to return as J. Jonah Jameson, naturally he played the character in the Sam Rami Spider-Man films so this was massive hype for Rami fans. Just one of the greatest comic book castings. Also the finial swing shot of the film has Peter going through the new Stark Tower which we know from Homecoming was sold to an unknown buyer. Over 3/4 years later we still have no idea who bought Avengers Tower so that's a reveal waiting to happen.

    • @alexo_pog
      @alexo_pog Рік тому +5

      well, the false narrative was that he is from a different dimension in the multiverse, so even if you check who Quentin Beck is then it will lead you to this dimension's Quentin who might just be the ordinary guy
      this is assuming Quentin Beck is his real name at all and not a false identity entirely (which i'm pretty sure is actually the case backed up by a line in this movie somewhere by Mysterio himself) as he has an entire intelligence team behind him to lead the operation
      the action also happens in a span of a few days where Mysterio shows up and saves cities from Elemental beings a couple times in a row and gets huge press, all while the person contacting this "interdimensional Mysterio" during those days about his intentions and heroisms is a Skrull Fury who doesnt even fully know what he is supposed to be doing

    Great video! But I don't really agree with the points from the beginning of the video:
    When it comes to being a supergenius - Peter is canonically one of the smartest superheroes in Marvel, right next to Reed Richards (Mr. Fantastic), and he calculates his own swinging when he flies.
    When it comes to being powerful - It was confirmed that Spider-Man can easily knock down Hulk, or stop a train running on full speed with just his body. Or hold two pieces of a split cruise ship full of cars and people, or deal lethal damage if he stops pulling his punches.
    And when it comes to being heroic - Spider-Man's most iconic moto is all about that. He has a strong will and a strong sense of justice.

    Tony probably would have chosen Steve, or maybe not, maybe some resentment remains after Civil War... but now, he's old, and he chose Peter to decide who else to hand over the baton of E.D.I.T.H, the "Next Iron Man", for the same reason that Peter and Spiderman are your favorite character. Tony knows that Peter has a sense of justice, and very honorable principles. Maybe what went wrong was the moment when Nick Fury decided to give E.D.I.T.H to Peter, because he was going through a bad time, too much pressure for a high school kid, with a lot of things going on in his head and hormones. So, Peter just wanted to get rid of that responsibility and weight on his shoulders, and he didn't calculate the consequences of giving that power to someone he barely knows.

But I do think you need to watch the Venom franchise before you see Spider-Man No Way Home. You mentioned Black Widow. If you are sticking with release order, you will want to make sure that you watch wandavision, Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Loki, and what if before you get to the Black Widow movie. It's not crucial in this particular case but the order will matter eventually. You will want to make sure you watch Black Widow before you watch the Hawkeye series, you will want to make sure that you watched shang-chi before you watch She-Hulk, you will want to make sure that you have watched wandavision before you watch Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, you will want to make sure that you watched Falcon and the Winter Soldier before watching Captain America for which isn't even coming to theaters until next year, you will want to make sure that you have watched Loki before you watch Ant-Man and the WASP Quantumania, and you will want to make sure that you have watched Miss Marvel before you watch the Marvels which is coming out in a few months in theaters. Not sure if any of these would become conflicts in the way that you plan on doing it but just wanted to make sure somebody told you. These Disney Plus limited series are technically movies broken up into episodes, but they are just as canon and important to the storyline as the movies are, so I would recommend watching all of it in release order.

They made him have a reliance on iron man which is the opposite of like 99% of Peter's in comics. He's always on his own back to the wall and finding a way to persevere. We didn't get that in the MCU. Plus he's just as smart as tony and moreso than doctor strange (outside of magic stuff lol) but in the MCU we didn't get that at all.
