The leader of the "Sailor Senshi" takes on Mimete in this clip in an epic duel. I have always admired Sailor Venus but felt like she never got to show her true strength and there were several times I felt like she was a bit lackluster considering her range of power. Therefore, I took action into my own hands and changed the storyline a little bit also adding the old Sailor Moon R theme for you 90's lovers out there ;)
I am also a super big fan of loud SFX as you may have noticed by now but I hope you enjoy!

I hope they will give all of the senshi the awesome fight scene they deserve. Not just sailor moon finishing the enemy with just a one hit kill attack. Other senshi are capable of killing other hoes too
This is true, It would be best. I love Usagi Sailor moon character. But everyone deserves to have a spotlight even just having 2-3 fight scenes each of them will be suffice. Even if they have been defeated just giving them a better fight scenes is enough.

it would've been much cooler if this was the actual scene because Venus is completely capable on her own. But then again, Crystal was made off of the manga and Codename sailor V was written after the original sailor Moon manga series :/

Of course she's able! She slaughter queen beryl. The power of the sword is within the chain the holy sword was a terror to dark forces. Basically if mimette gets hit with wink chain sword she will slashed to pieces. besides, only after viluy they got more difficult.
Yep! She's very capable but also Codename Sailor V was created before Sailor Moon. They wanted to create an anime but said more girls should be added and so Sailor Moon was born.
Codename Sailor V was first. Then, Naoko was asked to created manga based on Sailor V. So, she created Sailor Moon. And, Sailor V manga was continued while Sailor Moon was running.
And, yes.... Of course Venus should be able to take care of the enemies. She's the one who pulled the holy sword. She also killed queen beryl in the manga. I was so upset when toei changed that 😑

I feel like Venus Wink Chain Sword in this animation is more like Venus Wink Sword Chain... since the wink turns into a heart that turns into a sword which explodes as she throws it back into hearts, releasing the four chains from her belt.
That background music is my favorite of all the Sailormoon music.

I never watched SMC (well I got 5 episodes in but couldn't go any further) and thought this was a real clip until I looked at the comments??? If this was real I was about to change my mind about crystal, this is so good
Aw thanks!! I agree. I wanted crystal to reinvent Sailor Moon and take a much more mature orientation to their overall art design and direction of the series. We have already seen a funny and cute Sailor Moon in the 90's, and I wanted now to see their soldier-like side with some really gruesome deaths and neat action fights!

They should have really done Venus Wink Chain Sword like this, with deadly effect. Rather than that stupid Crystal III has created, Venus Wink Chain Sword looks like an improvised Venus Love Me Chain.

Venus's Wink Chain Sword is her new original attack that can't be seen in sailor moon old series. Love it they gave justice to Venus which has few attacks in the original series 🥰🧡💛

Like for real! Sailor Venus is so iconic! Minako has been known since she was Sailor V to be adept at dodging attacks due to her gymnastic abilities. They could have shown it more in the anime that. She doesn't always have to avoid attacks, but more of that would be great it happened in anime and her attack must be powerfull enought if she is the true leader. Like others is in the trap she must save them too not only Sailor Moon.
For sure! We do stan Sailor V! The inner senshi were all done a bit dirty in crystal but Venus is for sure one of the ones that were ROBBED.A huge miss of an opportunity to dive deeper into something that wasn't largely expanded upon in the original.
