THANK YOU SOOOOOOOO MUCH! I cast this video onto my TV and followed the instructions to build my G stack shelving unit! I was struggling with the instruction booklet. 👀 someone explain in such a simple fashion was invaluable!!!
I've just bought six of these units for the garage. Delivery was very quick. The first one went together fairly easily. It took about an hour but the rest should be quicker now that I've done one. Pity they didn't make clear that the units come with a complimentary rubber mallet. I went out and bought one a few days ago. It looks like pretty good quality kit and will do the job. I like to option to split a unit and make a work bench out of it. Overall pretty pleased.
The assembly is pretty straightforward, although some bits on mine took more than a couple of taps to get them to fit into place. Also, you don’t mention that the tabs on the central supports need to be bent inwards (just takes the pressure of a thumb) so that they will slide through the slots provided for them. It’s a nice neat shelf unit when assembled, perfect for a garage or shed.

Very good video - much more helpful than the instructions that came with the shelves. Our shelves did not come with a rubber mallet, or gloves ... . I found some of the tabs went to the outside of the uprights as I attached the horizontal supports so I had to redo those, but then I checked carefully each time to make sure that wasn't happening.
GREAT VIDEO! Thank you. Bought the smaller racks and they arrived on time, well packed, in great condition but the instructions were so poor. I could not imagine that this would be so easy to do!
Thank goodness for this tutorial as there were no instructions with the box! Found some in another box but to be honest the tutorial was much more informative :)
Don’t think it is as easy as this video. Some of the parts were missing which I still need to sort out. It certainly does not clip together as easy as this video makes out. It does not clip together then a small tap with mallet. It takes brute force and the paint peels off. Avoid this racking system. I have bought cheaper systems which were far easier to put together.
Like the way you did the first part by laying them flat!! Most vids I've seen people stand them up. Much easier this way.

Ditto! Been thinking I was doing something totally wrong because my tabs on the central support were not bent I just couldn't figure it out.
