According to Village producer Tsuyoshi Kanda, Resident Evil 7 seemed too scary to some players - impressionable people just couldn't go through it, even though they were very interested. Therefore, in the eighth part, the authors decided to slightly reduce the degree of horror: they say, fear should not paralyze you, but force you to act - move, fight, look for resources and use them wisely. Moreover, as Kanda noted, if the user is too often scared, over time he will develop immunity to horror.
It's okay, fear is a subjective thing - some are scared of holes in the floor, and some are little dead girls. I think Demitrescu deserves her plus, because the developers tried to use the base of human fears
The village should be scary but this looks like an avarage romanian village in the transylvanian mountains. I've seen worser villages in real life. I live in Romania. Lady Dumitrescu isnt scary to me because Dumitrescu is my mother's name.
Yes, I can understand you with villages. I am from the Baltic country and we have a lot of forgotten villages here that remained from the post-Soviet period - I spent my childhood in such places. Your mom's name is Demitrescu - damn it's very cool😲

I’d love to see the original. That’d be dope.
I would love to play it myself, I love good horror@@club2772
@Aaron-ig7llI agree, the game has its own charm with swamps and mold and a wonderful country house
But lady Dimitrescu is not scary to me.

Great video, very well done!
Thank you, I'm glad you liked it.
This was a really good video. I only wish I wasn’t a stupid American cause I was struggling to understand the accent at points.
thank you, I'm working on the speech - all videos have normal subtitles, in case someone doesn't understand me
@@Its_About_Games can’t do anything about your accent. I’ve got a thick NY accent so it is what it is
