Well now I can't un hear that now
Nerdwriter speaks the same way in his videos
Arthur Kachberuni I couldn’t finish the video. Thought I was the only one who heard that.
Nerdwriter uses his intonation far more effectively (read: less frequently)
This is the Secibd Secobdn I've seen all day.
i love your channel bruv. Lovely video essays.
I remember when I first saw you first video and watched it I was like what the hell this is really good, then I went to see what other videos you had and it was just that one, I almost cried, but keep doing what you're doing. I'm going to keep watching man.
Idk why I got a notification for this but I’m definitely glad I did! Haven’t watched a video essay in a while
Now that's a really insightful video. I'm actually surprised that a Bug's Life draws inspiration from Kurosawa's 7th Samurai. :D
Loved it! Absolutely loved it. As with all of your videos, fantastic editing, mind-blowing contents, and AWESOME narration. You were born to narrate. Your voice is super calming, helped a lot by the beautiful pauses you make in your sentences. I understand it's not everyone's cup of tea, but I love it. I could listen to you narrate for days on end.
Holy crap, you made another *DAMN* good video. I gained a deeper appreciation for these two films, and now thanks to you, they're even better than they already were. Keep making dope content! You're on a roll. 👏👏👏
You never disappoint my dude, appreciate the work and thought you put into your videos and also the unique topics you cover. You make thirty minutes on UA-cam actually fulfilling. So ya all that said thanks for what you do.
I'm at work and can't watch this yet. I can't wait.
I have since watched all of your videos, some a few times over. They are all amazingly high quality and expertly well crafted. I sincerely hope to see more videos soon!
Your content is by far some of the best on UA-cam. This video was absolutely fantastic; keep up the good work!
Good use of thirty minutes, thanks!
I really like the content of the video, but I think you should cool it with the "video essay voice," if you know what I mean. It often sounds like you're surprised by what you're saying as you're saying it.
Watch Filmjoy and Movies with Mikey if you want to see the person who invented this style and does it right.
@@zenzin7725 nah
Trolls gonna troll
@@zenzin7725 I mean... it is legitimate criticism. The "pausing at every few words" thing should be well timed and not overused. I think he can tone it down without too much trouble.
True
Love all the background tracks. We need a playlist!!
Clean as always. I will never get tired of your stuff. Keep it up! Would love some more humorous scenes like the one where you’re shouting in the back
BREADSWORD. PUT OUT MORE STUFF.
I'M TRYIN SIR I'M TRYIN
This video would have been 15 minutes if it wasnt read by William Shatner.
Oh my God....I totally hear Shatner too 😂
Lolllll :cough: loll dude that's great
I thought I was the only one! What's with the pauses?
I've been having a rough day and seeing you post made my day better :)
Best content on UA-cam. Verifying theories I half-bake in fever dreams with great writing.
I KNEW IT! BEEN TELLING MAH HOMIES FOR DECADES NOW (Ok, maybe not decades, but maybe a few years)
Literally just subscribed to you like.. 50minutes ago and you upload this. Lol
your timing is impeccable!
the wait was worth it. thanku so much jace it's a masterpiece :) can't wait to see whats next
I love how you break down these films into their basic elements while still conveying how deep and emotionally taxing they are to fully understand and appreciate
