This is also known as the EGR Valve according to the Kia Rio service manual.
I want to change the pcv hose and I don't know how to disassemble it because it is stuck under the air gate, do you have a video of how to change it for a Kia Cerato 2012

My local Kia dealer offered an estimate of $1056.00, to replace this component.
I have the same problem right now was debating taking it to the dealer after this comment I’m just gonna try and fix it elsewhere
@@jesusquibrera8197 I bought the part for $42.00, and installed it myself. Took 15min, just because the hoses were a little sticky. Dead easy repair.

@@jesusquibrera8197 I've got a 2015 Forte5. The purge valve was at the top-right of the motor. Easy access. The only tools I used, were pliers, for releasing the springclamps on the hoses.
Removing the old part from the bracket took firm, but gradual force to pull it from the tab. Don't be afraid of it. Just give it about 40lbs of force, and wiggle it back and forth. It will slowly release.
The electrical connector took a bit of convincing, but with die-electric grease on the weather seal, it eventually slipped home, nice and secure.
